		<description><![CDATA[We all have periods in our lives where we feel down and disillusioned. It can become a spiral into depression at worst or at best a hard clamber out of the hole.

At these times in our lives it can be easy to assume that 99% of the events we experience are negative. My mum once said this simple sentence to me and it's been a wonderful influence on my life - "Something wonderful could happen at any minute". It's so simple.
