About Cherie

Born into a farming family in outback Western Australia, Cherie is a larger Cherie Concannon headshot.72dpi Webthan life character bursting with energy and charisma. Her mother maintains that she could hold a full conversation long before she could walk.

In her teens Cherie settled in the UK with her family and, after studying philosophy and psychology at university, went on to pursue a career in financial services, eventually achieving the position of National Sales Director.

Cherie has built her own flourishing business, CCC Inspirations from a standing start. She prides herself on her objective driven, pragmatic approach to partnering clients (both individual and organisations), ushering them towards achieveing their objectives, which have included increased profitability and imporved productivity, quality and efficiency.

Cherie is a renowned Success Coach who is passionate about helpiing clients to achieve whatever it is they want. This usually involves building a close relationship and working with each client to either position them for advancement, transition them from one place or position to another or to help them get back on track and refocus. Cherie’a talent lies in her incredible ability to inspire, empower, problem solve and support. She offers new ways of thinking and promotes resourceful approaches to life’s challenges and opportunities. Her aim is to instil confidence and belief that anything is possible. She consistently provides the inspiration and motivation her clients require to pursue their goals.

Cherie likes getting to the end game quickly and achieving results. She favours action rather than prolonged analysis and offers unique tried and tested techniques rather than theory.

Cherie pioneered the Wartime Leadership Programme based on her 7 Golden Rules of LeadershipThis involves adapting leadership styles to maintain the power and impact required to survive under pressure, in a crisis or in critical conditions.  A Peacetime Leadership programme is designed for future recovery as these are generally two very different types of leadership.
